Greek Chicken Skewers With Homemade Tzatziki Sauce and Lemon Parmesan Rice Pilaf




Chicken Skewers Recipe

  • 3 chicken Breast

  • A drizzle of olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic crushed

  • juice of half a lemon

  • 1 tablespoon greek seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt

  • half a red onion cut into quarters

  • 1 small onion cut into quarters

  • 6 medium-sized tomatoes cut into quarters


  1. Cut Chicken breast into cubes pieces

  2. Drizzle with oil olive

  3. Marinate chicken with, yogurt lemon, seasonings and garlic

  4. Cut onions, and tomatoes into quarter-sized pieces

  5. Skewer chicken and vegetables

  6. Place on top of a glass baking sheet and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes.


Homemade Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 half cucumber peeled and diced

  • 1 teaspoon greek seasoning

  • juice half a lemon

  • 4 garlic cloves crushed

  • 1 tablespoon dill

  • 1/ 2 teaspoon salt

Combine all the ingreidients

Lemon Parmesan Rice Pilaf

  • package cooked rice pilaf plain

  • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese

  • half a juice of a loom

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon butter

Mix in parm and lemon with a dash of salt to cook the pilaf.
