LIV ALOHA'S HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE



Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized avocados rip

  • 1/3 cup diced onion

  • 1/2 cup diced tomato

  • 1 tablespoon diced fresh jalapeno ( you can add more if you like it spicy)

  • 1 tablespoon diced cilantro

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder

Equipment

  • Cutting board

  • Knife

  • Medium sized serving bowl

  • Spoon to scrap

  • Fork to mash

  1. Steps

  2. First dice onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro and put to the side.

  3. Cut open avocados and de-pit the avocados and scrape out the flesh with a spoon and place in a medium-sized serving bowl.

  4. Add onion, tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice and seasoning to the bowl with your scraped avocado then mash together with a fork and spoon.

  5. Note: You can garnish with sliced jalapenos and cilantro like I did to make it more beautiful!


First dice onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro and put to the side.
